FAQs

☟ When I try to Mirror my iPhone screen to this display it does not support? (AirPlay function)

For Apple's iOS 17.2 or later versions, compatibility with third-party products has been challenging, and we share your frustration. As electronic product sellers, we are actively working with Apple to address and consider these compatibility issues in future iOS updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Considering your valuable time and our aim to resolve your issue promptly, we have developed a firmware update to address compatibility problems caused by the recent iOS version update.
Please provide the following information to our customer service team. We will check if your device requires a software update. If necessary, we will send you the firmware file along with the instructions. If not necessary, we will provide troubleshooting solutions.
1. Order Number
2. Go into the settings and locate the "Configuration" information from the "Firmware Version" for the CarPlay. Send us a photo of this information.

2. Clear the phone's memory and reconnect.
3. Please check whether the power supply is plugged in tightly. Please use the original charging cable.

☟ How to avoid noise?

Please use Bluetooth to connect to the car audio.

☟ Why there is noise when connecting AUX to the car's audio system?

If there is noise when connecting AUX to the car's audio system, it is usually caused by ground loops or electromagnetic interference. Here is why using a filter can reduce or eliminate these noises:
1. **Ground Loop**:
- A ground loop occurs when two or more devices are connected to the same ground point through different paths, and there is a potential difference between these paths. This potential difference can cause unwanted currents to flow through the connecting cables, leading to noise.
- AUX connections often span across different devices (like a smartphone and a car's audio system). If their grounds are not in sync, it can create a ground loop, resulting in a buzzing noise or other disturbances.
2. **Electromagnetic Interference**: - Modern vehicles are filled with electronic devices, which can generate electromagnetic interference (EMI), interfering with audio signals and causing noise.

Using a filter can help resolve these issues:
1. **Ground Loop Isolation**:
- Some audio filters (such as ground loop isolators) break the ground loop by inserting an isolation transformer into the signal line. The transformer allows audio signals to pass through while physically separating the ground lines, thus preventing ground loops.
- This prevents the buzzing noise and other disturbances caused by ground potential differences.
2. **High-Frequency Filtering**:
- Some audio filters contain components like capacitors and inductors that can filter out electromagnetic interference in a specific frequency range. This can reduce the static or other unwanted signals caused by electromagnetic interference.
- These filters are used to eliminate high-frequency noise and ensure audio signal quality.
Thus, if there is noise in an AUX-connected audio system, using an appropriate filter might be an effective solution. Filters can break ground loops or reduce electromagnetic interference to improve audio quality.

☟ What should I do if the carplay screen cannot be used after multiple restarts?

1. Please check whether the power supply is plugged in tightly. And ensure use the original charging cable.
2. Please do not use 2-in-1 car charger.
