☟ How to change the change the startup screen?
Before proceeding with any changes, we need to update the firmware.
Could you please go to the settings, locate the "Firmware Version" under "Configuration", and send us a photo of the information?
Additionally, please provide the Order Number for your CarPlay.

To change the startup screen, please prepare a 1560*720 JPG image (what you want) first and name it "boot_logo".
Also, a TF card and a card reader are needed.
Here are the update steps:
1. Read the card into the PC to format it and copy the boot_logo.jpg into the SD card.
2. Insert the TF card after starting the device.
3. The update will be completed after the boot LOGO is recognized.

☟ How do I know if my CarPlay needs or has an update?
In most cases, the CarPlay does not require a firmware upgrade unless there are specific issues.
If you're experiencing any problems or wish to update the firmware, please navigate to the CarPlay settings,
locate the "Firmware Version" under the "Configuration" section for CarPlay, and send us a photo of this information. This will help us confirm the necessary details for you.

☟ Why won't my CarPlay connect automatically?
Could you please try the following suggestions?
1. Go to your phone's settings and clear the WiFi and Bluetooth lists.
2. Reset CarPlay.
If the issue persists, restart your phone and try again.
Note: If the device has previously connected to another phone, you may need to manually reconnect it before proceeding.
If you've followed all the steps above, please let us know what actions you've taken and provide your Order Number so we can offer you the final solution.

☟ When I installed the CarPlay, it would not turn on.
Could you please check the following information?
1. Ensure the TYPE-C connector is securely inserted. Try reinserting and unplugging it to confirm.
2. Verify that the B+, ACC, and GND wires are properly connected.
If the positive and negative poles were accidentally shorted during wiring, the device might have entered protection mode.
In this case, disconnect the power cord, properly reconnect the wires, and then replug the cord.
If the issue persists after trying the steps above, please use a USB cable to connect the device to a 5V 2.5A/3A wall adapter. Plug it into a power outlet to check if the device powers on.
Rest assured, if the power cord is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement. If the device itself is defective, we will replace it for you under warranty.

☟ How to Connect the Three-Wire Harwire Kit Cable (Red, Black, and Yellow)?
Here are the steps:
Red Wire (ACC): Connects to the power supply for accessories, such as lights or blinkers.
Yellow Wire (B+): Connects to the positive terminal of the battery.
Black Wire (GND): Connects to a suitable grounding point, such as a metal part of the bike.

Ensure that the TYPE-C connector is properly inserted. If not, please unplug it and reinsert it securely.
Verify that the ACC lines are connected correctly and firmly plugged in.
