☟ How to connect the camera to the APP?

1. Download the App: Please download “Tris Home” from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Confirm Your Router’s Network: Ensure your router operates at a 2.4 GHz frequency. For more details, refer to this guide: 2.4 GHz vs. 5 GHz Wi-Fi Networks.

3. Reset the Camera: Use a pin to press the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear the factory reset prompt. Wait until it stops moving before proceeding.

4. Connect the Camera to the App: Do not use the top-left "Scan Symbol" to scan the camera. Instead, tap the “+” icon to add the camera.

☟ How reset password?

If you've forgotten the password or the app continuously shows "Wrong password reconfigure",
lease reset the camera and reconnect it to the app. After that, set a new password.


☟ SD card not detected.

The system supports Micro SD cards with a maximum capacity of 128GB, and SanDisk-branded cards are recommended.
If the camera is unable to recognize the card, please try formatting it on your computer first.
Once recognized, the app will display the following page. You may also try using a different TF card to see if it works.
If the camera still can't detect the memory card, please send us a video for further inspection. Don't worry, we will replace the card if it is confirmed faulty.

☟ Why does my camera go offline when I leave home? It works fine at home.

We are afraid you have connected the camera via the camera hotspot.
Could you please reset the camera, and then connect it with your home wifi to check it again?
