☟ Which transport methods do you offer?

When purchasing cameras:
Explore our global network of warehouses, offering reliable transportation options such as DHL Express, USPS, Canada Post, and more. Depending on your location, we ensure dispatch from a shipping center in close proximity to your country. Estimated delivery times for countries like the United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, and Japan are 5-10 days, while other countries typically experience delivery within 10-20 days.

When purchasing accessories:
Accessory orders are generally shipped from our overseas warehouse, with delivery times ranging from 12-20 days based on the shipping address.


How much is the shipping cost?

Orders over $15 qualify for free shipping(excluding holidays).
For orders below $15, there is a flat worldwide shipping fee of $10.
Certain remote countries and regions may incur transportation fees ranging from $10 to $30, as indicated on the checkout page.

Note:
If you intend to make a bulk purchase, please review your country's customs policy before proceeding.
And please be aware that customs clearance is not included, and you are responsible for handling the clearance process. If goods are returned due to clearance issues, you will be liable for the return shipping costs.

Most items shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and other European regions do not require customs clearance. These items are dispatched from local warehouses.

For other countries, especially if you plan to make a bulk purchase, please contact us in advance to discuss shipping arrangements.

How to track my order?

Upon completing your purchase, we will promptly send you an email containing your unique order number.
To track your order, simply visit https://t.17track.net and enter the tracking number we provided to access comprehensive logistics information.


Items Are Missing From My Order, What Can I Do?

Possible reasons:
Order Status: Split Shipped
Please review your order to confirm if it has been split shipped. If uncertain, kindly contact our Customer Service for assistance.

Ordered from Multiple Warehouses:
If your order was placed with items from different warehouses, it may be shipped in multiple parcels.

Our Error:
In rare instances, an oversight during packaging may result in missing items. Should you identify any discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service.

Parcel Damage or Missing Items:
If your package appears damaged or items are missing, inspect the contents thoroughly. In the event that something is still missing, capture photos of the received items and email our Customer Service (details below). Include your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration in your email.

Received An Incorrect Item, What Should I Do?

To assist you promptly, kindly provide your order number and detailed information regarding the issue. Contact us at the email address listed below, and our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Upon confirmation of an incorrect item by our customer service, we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement item (if applicable and in stock).
If the return of the incorrect product is required, we will assess the situation and compensate for the return shipping fee upon receipt of the product. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Which payment methods are supported?

PayPal and Credit Card are supported.


What if the payment fails?

You can try 3 methods: Pay again, use another card and switch to another payment method.


How do I cancel my order for a refund?

If your order has not been shipped, cancellation is permissible. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not feasible. Intercepting express delivery midway poses significant challenges for us and incurs freight losses. Pray for forgiveness!

▶For credit card payments, please be aware that the bank will deduct a handling fee. Consequently, we will deduct a 3.5% handling fee and refund the remaining amount.
