    To solve the problem the WiFi connection is difficult and the APP downloads files relatively slowly. In 2023, our engineering department upgraded the original 2.4 GHz WiFi dash cam to 5 GHz WiFi.

    Providing transfer speeds up to 8MB/s, 4 times faster than traditional 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

    Q1: GPS display track and speed problem:

    A1. Please turn on the GPS in the settings. It is normal for the GPS light on the dash cam display to be green during recording.

    Q2: How to view the GPS track on the "Roadcam" APP

    A2.1 First download the video on the APP 2 Click to exit, then click "Album" on the APP 3 Click on the video and check the GPS track.

    Q3: How to view GPS track on a PC

    A3.1 Download the GPS player. 2 Download the video from the APP or export the video from an SD card. 3 Import video to a GPS player to watch.

    Q4: Is the automatic switch of the driving recorder turned on?

    A4.1 Please be sure to use the car charger and data cable included in our package. And don't use other cables and car chargers. 2 Before using the driving recorder, please format the SD card. 3 You need to continue formatting the old SD card before using it.

    Q5: If you use 24-hour parking monitoring

    A5 This driving recorder is capacitive. Plug into the cigarette lighter plug and play. If you need to use the parking monitoring function, you need to purchase a hardware kit.
