  • Kind Tips


    1. Check whether the accessories are complete before installation, and check whether the machine display is normal before installation;

    2. Please use the original charger to check whether the car charger can be used normally;

    3. The dash cam is compatible with a maximum of 128G. Because a high-pixel machine requires a lot of memory, if you use a memory card below 64, the machine may crash or become hot. Please clean up your locked videos regularly; (we will give you a 64GB SD card )

    4. If you want to turn off the screen but the driving recorder is still recording, just select "screen saver" in the settings, and the driving recorder will continue to record normally.

    5. If the auto power off mode and the motion detection mode are turned on at the same time, if there is no moving object moving in front of the machine, the machine will automatically shut down after 3 minutes.

    6. The camera has a built-in battery for the internal power source, make sure you get the hardwire kit if you want to use the parking monitoring feature. Make sure you are using the original included power adapter to power the device.

    7. When the built-in gravity sensor detects a sudden collision, it will automatically lock the current video to avoid video coverage in loop recording mode and protect important evidence. Sensitivity can be adjusted. (We recommend setting it to "Low")

    8.DC07 is a capacitive dash cam, plug and play, if you need to use it, you need to connect a cigarette lighter, if you need to use the 24-hour parking mode, please contact our staff to buy a hardware kit.
